stupid question

sorry but my google and search fu is off today . what are the rules concerning open carry in denver ?

I'm under the impression that even though it's legal, it's till not a good idea.

legal unless otherwise stated on a sight, and of course a no no around schools and in gov. buildings. no different than anywhere else, i think you can't have mags with more than 10 rounds though? don't quote me on that one.

DO NOT OPEN CARRY IN DENVER. It is illegal in the city and county of Denver. I can not find the case at the moment but Denver sued the state and won over the states preemption law.

I was pretty sure it was in the municipal code that no open carry, it's been a while since I saw it.

I wouldn't consider that a stupid question - it would only be a stupid question if it wasn't asked and you got arrested for illegally open carrying in Denver. Always better to find out in advance than to risk it, especially when it could cost you so much in the long run - and not just in money.
