Sounds like the dock may take up Cherry Creek though.
I figure we take the boat and the barge, sell the barge to some environmental group that would sink it for coral reef, and use the cash to upgrade those computers to Windows 9 frickin 8 and spend the rest on beer and diesel. Keep it somewhere nice like Houston, and take it out and tear up the f'n Gulf.
