Was it me or did I see to Soviet MIGs, possibly Fulcrums, flying around the South end of the Springs around 3:30 today?

Probably. The Russians have been training @ Ft. Carson for some huge exercise up in Denver.

There was a Russian at the hospital on base. He didn't speak any English, but apparently his tooth hurt. When the doctor touched touched his tooth, the Russian straight punched the doc in the face and knocked him out. I know this because my wife works there.
This is just part of the whole DIA conspiracy movement. There was a press release about this. Its for a joint training thing going on down in the springs. Ill see if I can find it.Quote:

I have seen MI29 Migs at peterson field before. I think it had to do with Y2K and joint US-Russia program. The Mig had the engines afterburner and wheels chocked, like it was an engine test, hell I thought it was gonna explode!

Oh my God. Cut it out. The "Russians" are training on Carson but they aren't doing any of the super crazy shit all these half assed news agencies think they are. They are a bunch of kids, no older than 23 at the most and the equivalent of our airborne infantry. They are learning basic army infantry tactics and not much more.
There is no huge exercise up in Denver nor in the Springs nor do you people need to get out your aks because theres going to be an in flux of 7.62x39 around.
