What to do with powder

I had 2 bullet heads that were pushed into the casings and the powder was dumped everywhere.

How do I dispose of the powder I recovered safely? Just throw it away? mix it with water and dump it?

A score or two of grains of powder from two cartridges is not a significant danger. It is like a couple of millilitres of gasoline. Put it in the trash or if you are worried, scatter it on the lawn.

Put it in a jar. How else are you going to get a pound of WTF?
