That must've been what did it - proximity to an assault clip, high-capacity baby killing factory clearly degraded his mentation and made him snap. How long until we're informed that he used an AR-15? I'm guessing a few minutes.

Inconceivable. Life-saving gun-control laws in NY prevent guns from running loose on murderous rampages.
If he used a shotgun, maybe the existence/legality of shotguns should be given a second look as well.
