7631 points for the first game. I had one that was only 176km from the actual location, but most of the others were pretty far off.
17936 the second time. I try not to move too far from the original spot it puts me, and just look around for clues ;). If you move far enough, it's easy.

here I've been using google all weekend to find these locations ... and I didn't even use the search here before posting.

It's a good brain game. It's fun to just take a WAG at the location and I'm sometimes pretty close, sometimes in the right country, and sometimes not even on the right continent. It's also fun to use clues, signs and such, to get as close as possible.
