I think #2 flew over Union and Academy at about 8:30 this evening. I could see the orange on the side of the fuselage, but my position on the ground made it so oblique that I couldn't make it out. Nothing on the underside of the wings.

Hoser is truly a stand up guy. He took photos of my house during the fires last summer and emailed them to me while I was overseas. It was nice to know the place was still standing while I was on the other side of the globe.

We ened up dropping 40,000 gallons of goop on the fire.
It was sickening to look down at those homes and see nothing left. All my childhood memories erased.
We all wish we could have done more.
It is going to be a long summer with these fires.
