Dude, I feel for you. I hate back to school night as much as I hate Ikea. I made it made it through back to school night. Then, My 4th grader had his b-day on the first day of school. He told the teacher and long story short she accused him of lying. I had to call the principal and get it sraightened out. What is the world coming to?
I don't remember this stuff from when I was a kid. My parents knew exactly what I was doing in school (and how well I was or wasn't doing it) and attended regular PTA meetings.
Knowing who's who, is better than not recognizing a strange face, after "threats" at another school. I'd be more concerned with their left leaning curriculum, than a back to school event.Quote:

Back to school night at my kid's school is awesome. It's not too crowded because a lot of the parents are in jail, and the ones that are there leave me alone because they don't speak English.
I just go to them because the teachers are becoming increasingly better looking.

My wife can take my son to back to school night. I think we are going to have a good parent/bad parent. I feel my kid will get some real world examples when I pull him from school and take him hunting, or to work with me and we fly into DC to see where the assholes live at...or to California to see what drugs really do to people, or to the south where delicious Cajun food comes from. Or alaska where men are men and women are more manly than all the liberals combined.
I don't discriminate when it comes to TILFs. I'm inclusive to all of them.

A lot of the hot girls I went to high school with are now teachers. I see their pictures on Facebook and say where the hell were those teachers when I was growing up? No wonder kids are banging there teachers so much these days!

So I'll start with the local city council members, meet with them and progress from there. Parking situation is getting out of control and we need some signage to make it clear and give the PD leverage in writing some tickets.
High school my kid goes to, has got very aggressive about the parking problems, you can't even park within 2 blocks of the school. Signs, Cones, PD and tow trucks! Hope I can get that going at my place.

The elementary school I went to growing up is a complete disaster - people blocking driveways, parking on people's grass, etc. What a nightmare to live there during the school year.Quote:
