Aaaawwww, that's too bad. The guy is a scam artist at best. He gives financial advice after filing bankruptcy and recommends businesses and their services if they are willing to pay to be on his preferred list.

I do hope that means I won't have to hear his irritating commercials on KHOW! [LOL]
The guy is a total d-bag. I worked at a fence company and he came in and told us that if we give him free fencing he would give us a good review. He wanted $10,000 worth of fencing, we told him to go pound sand.
Tom always tells people to never buy the extended warranty when they buy electronics like TV's. I was in Best Buy getting a new TV and they asked if I wanted an extended warranty when I told them Tom says not worth the extra money. They proceeded to tell me Tom was just in that store the week before and bought a number of electronics including a TV and got the extended warranty on all of them, lost all credibility with me.
Yeah, and to be on his "Troubleshooter" list I have heard he charges exhorberant fees such as $5K per month.
Merry Christmas you arrogant prick.
Tom used to shop at a computer retail store I worked at. He came in expecting special pricing and service, my manager always gave it to him, and we always got a good rating....
If you buy a name brand product like Panasonic or Sony the extended warranty is a waste of money. If you buy an Insignia or Vizio you better spend the extra $$ on the warranty. After 10 years in business I have yet to have to replace a single TV I have sold.. However I have replaced several TVs that clients insisted on buying themselves because they were cheaper than what I was selling and they didn't want to listen to what I was telling them.
9news reported "domestic violence" among the other charges.
Martino is a shill at best, a con man and extortionist at worst. And quite possibly has some anger management issues...
Think this will end up like his buddy Peter Boyels and he will be looking for a new station?
His wife looks pretty good in the commercials, just sayin....
It will be interesting to hear how he handles this on Monday. I'm betting he takes the rest of the year off.
While his ethics are questionable he has helped out plenty of people in need. He is as pompous as they come but I hope he gets it worked out.

My experience from maybe 6 years ago, I had an issue with my roof from the original install when the home was built and the builder (I'll never live in a KB home again) said they had no liability to repair the damage even though my insurance company said the roof was improperly installed as did two roofing contractors I contacted for repair estimates. KB said the roof was beyond the three year warranty and the Fort Collins and Larimer county building inspectors had signed off on the roof as being properly installed.
I called his show, discussed the issue without naming KB on the air, just listed the details as I had with KB. Within the hour I received a call from the president of KB in Colorado and we made arrangements for a contractor to come out the next day and they completely and PROPERLY re-roofed the entire house. So, I have had a positive experience with the guy and his radio show.
However, I do find his voice irritating.

Back when he was on Fox31 doing "troubleshooting" I always thought his advice was pretty much common sense stuff. And he'd read it off a paper like he had just performed the most sophisticated and complicated equation solving or something.
I used 2 guys off his "troubleshooter" list- did a GREAT job......
BUT! I'm off that bandwaggon.... he's been doing some bullshit lately, and
I agree with above posts....he's Frank Azar's brother.....[pileoshit]
Don't have much of an opinion on this guy except that I list to his radio show occasionally and it seems that he has only one volume level to his voice.
So, Tom Martino came out and said, “The incident that happened Friday night was a foolish mistake. We were both drinking too much. We got into an argument that escalated over a struggle for a cell phone. We were both inadvertently injured and we were not trying to hurt each other.”
Today Denver PD said “While the vehicle was stopped at an unknown red light, the victim opened the passenger door to get out of the vehicle,” the statement reads. “The suspect put his arm around the victim, preventing her from exiting the vehicle. “When the light turned green, the suspect drove away and they continued arguing. The suspect then struck the victim in the face once with a closed first, causing a bloody nose.”
So did he admit to a DUI?
^ Police arrested him at home and don't have evidence for a DUI.
What a joke. The press should be all over the drinking and driving situation. Would really send Martino further up shit creek. Where he belongs.
Anybody else find it interesting both he and Peter Boyles are on Cynegenics testosterone therapy and both flew off the handle and assaulted someone?
Just because they get paid to say they are, doesn't mean they are.
