This will be interesting, most have never held any sort of gun. Any tips on getting these guys to play as a team? I'm thinking two to four man squads, dont fire until you have a sight picture, leapfrog etc...the basics.

Nah, to hello with teamwork, Go Rambo on all of them in the first 10 minutes.
You will never be thought of the same way at work ever again.........
accuracy by volume!
Where are you playing ?
How man people total?
You should get the business to cover some of the expenses , consider it as Team Building experience.
Face paint, full tactical camo, drop leg holsters, and a 'Mercia bandana.
If it's a small arena (speedball) with more than 8 total, don't worry about wasting paint or sight picture.... Quantity over quality here.
If it's a bigger arena or you have less people, then you can be a little more tactical.
Suppressive fire definitely has it's place in paintball.
Best part about doing paintball party for new friends or office mates has always been teaching them about gun safety! I know couple guys who were scared of guns are now proud gun owners thanks to paintball sessions and small talks. HAVE FUN!

This......
You quoted me?? lol
... or make it cheap and interesting go a few rounds with slingshots.
It can be a lot of fun to give everyone 1 paintball for each player on the enemy team... Makes people REALLY careful about wasting their precious ammo! I used to play a ton of paintball when I was younger. I miss it a little.
Wow dont drink and internet....I forgot I even posted this, my gun safety OCD kicked in. Hey dude dont sweep me, finger off the trigger lol, you could tell who had good safety habits though. Fingers off triggers and marker pointed in a safe direction.
It was a small field but tactics (and volume) won the day. The scenario course was awesome, split up in two man teams and flanked, dominated and repeated. The speedball course was a whole different animal, run and gun did me well here, I have never played before today, but I was able to not only compete with, but actually beat three guys that play pro.
This was alot of fun, I think we need to do a coar15 paintball trip! Mods vs everyone! Or marines/navy vs army/air force, and just split the difference with those who never served, could be fun.
It is also CHEAP! I bought a case (2000 rounds) and only went through half, $20 field fee plus $65 for the ammo,$30 for 1000 rounds and you can play as long as you want, we went to american paintball coliseum near purina.
Anyone know about Blitz out in like Dacono/Frederick? Wondering if that's reasonably priced/fun place.
