Hey Guys,
Does anyone have a recommendation for a legit vendor (local or online) who sells authentic Army tritium lensatic compasses? Not interested in a Chinese knock-off.
Thanks!

Since it is too difficult to determine which vendors/websites are legit, I am going to acquire them directly from the manufacturer (and pay the premium).

Probably countycomm.com
Midway has them. $70. They're out of stock, but expected back in less than a week. Might be worth the $30 to wait.

Try to look for the date of manufacture. A lot of them are back in 2002; if you care how new the tritium is.
Amazon has them for 67 bucks by the same manufacture...

That is another benefit of buying direct from Cammenga. I was assured of a new product with a twelve year shelf life in regard to the Tritium illumination. The legitimate ones being sold by resellers are often from dated stock, and therefore the Tritium illumination could fail on you. The old adage of you get what you pay for seems to aptly apply in this case...
Thank you for the comments and feedback.
Glad I saw this thread, I'm in need of a new one since mine was bought in 2000 when I was still at Ft Hood. Still works fine as a compass, just doesn't illuminate anymore. I'll probably just buy direct so I know I'm not getting another 10+ year old item.
Just dug out one I had. Made in 7 MAR 75 by Stockler & Yale Beverly,Mass.
Charge it up by shining white light on it for a few minutes.
