I've looked and the only one who is good is 'ChuckInDenver' and BP Tactical can get you his contact info.
There's also Glenrock bluing or something like that in Glenrock WY that has a great rep as far as I know.
There's some gunsmithing school here in Denver but from what I've heard I'd stear clear of them. No experience, just things I've heard.
If you pick one and have the work done let us all know how it went.

I had Chuck re-parkerize my M1, and he blues the small parts, just like they originally were. Came out awesome. That said, I don't know that he does the high-polish type bluing normally seen on sporting or civilian guns. Worth finding out though. I also think he prefers to stick with USGI military rifles. OTOH, I customized a Rock Island 1911 for myself, and had it polished and blued at TJ's Firing Line Gunsmithing in Aurora several years ago. While it's nothing like a Royal Blue job from Colt's Custom Shop, it still turned out very nice, I'm really happy with it.

I can't set up tanks at my place, HazMat regs and such.
I have had Chuck do small stuff such as brakes and he has done well. I have not had him do a complete firearm so I cannot comment on that aspect.
I had CST do a pair of Colt 1903's a few years ago as part of a semi-restoration. They basically ruined them. The blue work was fine with good depth and color.
They killed them with their prep work though,and basically no prep work was required on their behalf.
I had stone polished the flats to restore the nice crisp edges and preserve the rollmarks, bead blasted the rounds to a nice and soft sheen. The customer knew they had had enough pitting that a high polished blue was not a good plan so I grained the flats with a 400 grit.
They looked great.
I told the gent at CST to just blue them as is, no polishing etc.
And then I get them back from CST.
They had polished them, and very poorly at that. The flats I had spent so much time stoning and graining were now polished, crisp edges were now rolled, some of the rollmarks were washed out and the edges of holes were dished.
The worst part- the dust covers were spread from incorrect buffing(you never buff towards a thin edge, always away from it) and the slides would not fit on the frames. I had to squeeze the dust covers in a padded vise to get them reasonably straight.
Never again.
Thanks to the EPA hot bluing it tightly regulated and there are few good sources.
That being the case I would look into Glenrock bluing in WY.
Unless they are really nice, vintage pieces or you are doing some kind of correct restoration, I actually prefer other finishes. Just my opinion though.

Glenrock price list. Never done any business with them, I've just been looking for someone to do a nice job on an older piece myself.
What about the gun smithing school? I thought they did it?
