SHHHHHHHH It's a secret!
Don't want to be accused of publicly bashing anyone so, I've decided to make my experience with them known in private.
Don't we have a dealer review forum where experiences, both good and bad, are shared for the group?
Someone PM him and ask then post ....
Dealer and range reviews:

The former. I didn't realize.
So please do tell. I've never heard of them before.
Thanks for your efforts thus far, but with all do respect, it does no good to post a "warning", and not give details. If you had an issue with the company, and have given them a fair opportunity to fix it, then please, enlighten the group as to what is so bad about them, that you feel the need to warn. If you haven't given them the opportunity to fix the issue, and that is why you don't want to "bash" publicly, then maybe none of it should be public yet......
Fine. The short answer is: I committed the incredibly stupid move of trying to chamber a factory round in an upper I purchased from them. The round became stuck in the chamber. (This was the 3rd round out of 5 that I tried to fire).
When I emailed Redx, the man started in with a long litany of questions, looking for ways out of addressing the issue....to include, "We fire every upper here so we know there's nothing wrong with them" and "you can't use a BCG that has been run in another rifle because that BCB gets worn in to the other rifle and will not work in ours". I'm not stupid. He was extremely rude and obviously looking for ANY possible reason to blame the problem on me. I just chambered a round and was looking to him for his advisement as to what to do about it.
This is the text of his last email to me.
"Its clear you dont know what you are doing, or you clearly messed something up and want to get a free fix.
All Im doing is trying to help you you are not willing to do or try anything I suggest, my guess you messed it up and know it and now cant fix it so you are blaming someone else for your mess up"
Of course, he couldn't tell me WHAT I had done to "mess something up" but he's sure that's what is going on.
My warning is: If you purchase from this man, be advised that if something goes wrong, he's likely to accuse YOU of having done something wrong....like trying to chamber a round in a rifle...so he won't have to stand behind his product.
Take it or leave it.
I always prefer to order from established manufacturers

I used their stripped uppers and a few of their barrels on 15 plus upper builds when they first hit the market a while back. 14 of the 15 stripped uppers required the dremmel for the take down pins to push through from the big boys lowers like: dpms, spike's, BCM, Colt etc. 2 of their barrels were not threaded straight for the brake since I noticed hits right off the bat. I called them 4 times and never recieved a call back. They did finally reply to an email in similar fashion telling me I didn't know what was up. I told him to give me a call so we could discuss it and he never would. I ended up just re-threading the barrels myself since I didn't want to deal with these guys again plus their shipping times back then make PSA's look like next day air.
I ended up making pen holders out of most of those uppers and gave them to my corporate buddies for x-mas.
I've heard of this before after I ordered from them.
You should report this on the BBB site, he has a great page of complaints and far worse emails.
Consider a charge back if they won't work with you. (He will threaten to sue you)
I bought an upper, the gas block failed on the first mag. I sent detailed pic/email and got no response. After a new gas block i bought was installed it works great. 7.5" ss is what
