Sold my building and I'm closing my business!

Bitter sweet, but excited to not be tied 24/7 to the building.

Last day is today for the salon in the building and thought I'd pass on the info. Mostly for any one who wants a great deal on aveda or Kerastase products since they are 40% off and NEVER go on sale.

3600 tejon is the address.

Great looking building! So are you retiring or just selling the business and building?

Pretty cool historic building!

To young to retire. Think I'll spend the summer doing some road trips with my 5 & 8 year old while they want to hang out with me before they get older.

Definitely a great looking building.

Here's what some of the units look like. All the units were my design and I did a lot myself, but not all of it. A couple units were completely gutted and all new floor plan, plumbing, electrical, etc.

Jesus, Dude! The interior design and construction is beautiful! I love older exterior buildings with modern design interiors. Retail and living space?

And thanks for the compliments! It's been my main focus for 7 years. I guess it's fitting that that I sell it after owning it for 7 years since it's old firehouse #7. Lucky #7!

That's a great looking building. Don't think we can afford that one.

Nice work, very modern and definitely not my cup of tea. Beautiful architecture and congratulations on the sale.

You really should look at interior design. You have great talent.

If I became an interior designer I'd have to get more guns to offset the image. Lol!

Gorgeous place. I hope you get everything out of it that you need so you can spend time with the fam!

As soon as I get past moving the next two days I'm sure I'll have a big smile on my face!

Good to know on that panda piece, the tenants put it up and I've always liked it.
