Wax, Apathy, Slug, Jedi Mindtricks, Hieroglyphics are some of my all time favorites.
Those that are into hip hop or similar genres post up some of your favorite artists/tracks. I need some new stuff to check out.

The Infamous is my vote for the best hip hop album of all time. There are always going to be a lot of Illmatic and The Chronic votes, but I can just pop that Mobb Deep tape (or MP3 now) in and listen to it front to back.

You know Outback, I used to listen to Violent by Design almost every day back in high school. I LOVE me some JMT. Anyhow, some stuff you might not have heard, since you're looking for new tracks:

Hiero!
One of my favorite Atmosphere tracks.
A buddy of mine introduced Flatbush Zombies to me. I'm not a big fan of rap, but I do like good hip hop (like 7L & Esoteric, Atmosphere, Aesop Rock, El-P, etc.).

You might recognize him from Community.

Resurrecting this- a friend shared this, Hopsin, he's pretty awesome, and this track is a criticism about a lot of the urban/rap culture- worth a listen:
