Got a Bianchi velcro gun belt (or gun belt liner or whatever you call it) and this was stuck to it. Obviously it was made for a purpose. I'm just not sure what that is.

So, it appears I am not the only one baffled by this little item.
I know some people use them as fillers. To allow some part of the outer belt to not be stuck to the inner belt, e.g. allow some piece of gear a few inches of movement. I assume that is what they are for... But not 100% sure. Could be an improvised use.

Looks like the piece they stick to the end of the belt so they can hang it on a rack.
