Exactly. We aren't dealing with the brightest individuals here. It wasn't the cop that killed him, it was the fact that he was 400 lbs that killed him. Damn, now I'm reminded of a movie where someone badly overweight died and someone makes the comment that the apparent cause of death is false, the fact that the guy was massively obese is what killed him...
