Got a Gurkha Viper in hand right now. Decent smoke not gonna lie. Oh, and a bulliet rye. I have some peach tree bourbon I'll be saving for Memorial Day along with a padron and a Gurkha seduction.

Cuban Montecristo & Stranahans whiskey...
Last heater was a Don Jose robusto, with Sierra Nevada IPA, about two weeks ago.

re; Cigars
I suppose there's a reason they're referred to as gassers. I lost my taste for them a very long time ago (like 20-25 yrs ago), but I wouldn't begrudge anyone their preferred hobby/habit. I did puff one about two years ago, because the wifey wanted one. I can't remember what it was. Got them in a nice smoke shop, it smelled great right out of the humidor, and I actually enjoyed the first 3 or 4 puffs, but like an idiot, I finished the whole thing. Took me about three days to recover. Blaaaagh. I'll stick with the Copenhagen.
I am not trying to discourage anyone with this post, just relating my experience.
A Nat Sherman and a Bombay Sapphire martini.
Pipes. I loved the smell of my father's tobacco pot when I was was a kid, but not so much the ashtray. Another no-go for me, but again - I would not begrudge anyone their tastes. I will say that I don't really do much in the way of distilled spirits, so maybe I've been missing out on a marriage of flavors.
Someone has to be the counter-point in the thread, I guess. [Flower]
I prefer A. Fuente Cubanitos. Small 'gars. But I don't really like big full-size cigars that much, takes too long to smoke and is just too much of a good thing for me. Like a nice glass of good whiskey vs. 6 or 7 glasses.
I like Drew Estate stuff (Root is my favorite), but I am a cigar amateur for the most part.
Somebody's got to keep you on your toes.
Agreed. I curse myself a little bit every time I buy a new can after being off it for a few months. I do like the smell of a good tobacco shop, though. Just don't care to smoke it anymore.
ETA: Never was a big fan of cigarettes, either. One good thing about Colorado laws: It's nice to be able to get up in the morning, and not have everything you own smell like a turd pile, if you've gone out to meet the guys for a couple beers at the local tavern.
A Henry Clay and Jameson
Romeo y Julieta Romeo aƱejo y gentleman jack
Can't afford them anymore. I started on the $4 jobs, quickly went to the $6 to $8 models and then the $12 + boys and bonus time would see some of the $30 + stogies in the humidor. If it was under $9 I ignored it. At any given time I might have $200 to $500 worth of these babies in the cedar box. I smoked various brands, I preferred the more "creamy" and full bodied cigars, no so much the "peppery" ones. I would spend maybe an hour or more in the local humidors making my selections. Can't go back so I don't bother with them anymore.
Do I miss a good cigar? You bet. Just can't go back to the lower end after being on the "higher" end.
I do keep the Whiskey on hand for special occasions.
I don't smoke as much as I used to, but I've found that a Padron Maduro Corona with JW Black makes a nice pairing.
Just had a Cuban Cohiba Robustos and a iced glass of Wild Turkey Honey. Good times.
A Perdomo Habano Corojo and Jameson
Just enjoyed a Gurkha beast and a Sierra Nevada hop hunter IPA.

The Montecristo No.1 is my overall favorite, but a bit expensive. I also like the Drew Estate Kuba Kubas if I want a flavored cigar. I usually go with a nice single malt scotch to pair with my cigars, or a heavy red wine like a cab sauv in a pinch.
Had a Rocky Patel Vintage 1990 with some Macallan 25. Was a good afternoon
Too poor for anything but the Swisher Mini Ciagrellos
If my surgeon knew I was smoking again she'd kick my ass.....
If you like Stranahans check out Tin Cup... A little smoother, but a bit lacking in bite. Goes great on the rocks, too. A great pairing with a medium bodied cigar.
I like Acid, the Blondie is pretty good. Having had Cubans, I can't say I dislike them, but I prefer Dominicans over Cubans (and they don't taste as much like Communism [Coffee]).
I do like CAO Cigars, too... I've tried 3 or 4 different ones they offer and their Sopranos variety pack I got out of the Thompson catalog was damn good.
The CAO Gold's are great smokes if you want something fairly mild with a super easy draw. One of my favorite golf cigars.
Black & Mild with sum O.E. yo.
jk just modis hoperandi, no smoke
