FAA tries to control drone use claiming they are aircraft. Aside from them wanting too much power, one has to ask. Ok what makes a drone, how are they different from other rc planes? Ok...my understanding was that electronically fired guns were a big no no with the Atf as they could be programmed to fire repedidly like a mg with one flip of a switch...yet there really hasn't been any mention of that on any of the forums I visit...
