How do I kill this stuff so it doesn't come back? I'm tired of pulling it up.

I just use a lawn safe weed killer and apply frequently and liberally, mornings are best.
I have that crap also, I find the base and use lawn safe weed killer. It's a PITA but that's what has worked for me short of calling the "experts"
I think one reason it is hard to kill is the leaves repel water. A little surfactant (dish soap) in the mix helps.
I get some that look like that... I pull them when I can. I've given up this year as my douche bag neighbor doesn't do shit with his lawn and it's damn near impossible to keep up with this year from all the moisture.
2,4-D. It will kill it fast. However, do not use it if what you are trying to kill is next to a tree...
I hate those weeds. They are everywhere this year.
Tell the neighbor kids that it's "weed"...it'll be gone by morning...
Uhh.. Rocksalt?
Maybe this sounds asenine, but have you tried using a regular fertilizer on your lawn like Scotts turfbuilder with weed control? I just do it once in the Spring and once in the Fall and basically don't have any weeds.
Turflon Ester
This stuff kills ALL weeds and Bermuda grass
Do not spray near anything you want to keep such as rose bushes or shrubs. It will not harm cool weather grass
Yeah actually this year we didn't fertilize like usual because of all the rain/growth early on, grass looked amazing. Didn't have any problems with weeds until it started to get hot and I had sprinkler problems. Didn't take long for part of the grass to die off and the weeds sprung up like crazy. I still have a bag of that scotts fertilizer but it's the spring stuff and I was trying to decide if it's too late to use it now, or if I wait a little longer for the fall fertlizing.
I have a "fairy ring" that showed up again in the back yard too. Thought I had got rid of that thing 2 years ago.
The vole tunnels are back this year too, after a couple years of no problems. Plus there's a yellowjacket nest in one of them.
Ugh, that's what I get when I'm gone and ignore the grass for a few weeks.
Part of me does feel like it's time to glyco the whole thing and burn it, but I'm sure my neighbors wouldn't like it.
You know that saying, "Every bullet has a lawyer attached to it?" Well Monkey knows all those lawyers. Tread lightly.
Broadleaf weed killer similar to trimec will do the job. Not sure what surfactants are available to the general public so can't really suggest anything there. Somewhere like Murdochs or Big R should have what you need.
