power specs look ok, up to 300hp. :)
300 pounds of force, not horsepower. Loosely, in a wheeled vehicle, 300 pound is about 10 horse. You were looking at the general family, not the soecific unit on this gocart.
I would kill the power to weight ratio on that kart.
could be, just reading what was on the wiki. lowest hp output on models listed was 270.
When I was a kid, another punk teen had a yamaha motorcycle engine on a gokart, that thing was scary fast. One hand on wheel, one on the shift lever. Crazy.
We put a two cylinder SkiDoo motor on a go kart with 15" rear wheels.
Big brakes, and a rollbar... Scary fast - in a straight line.
