So this week I'l be heading to Ark to get the ball rolling on an AOW 12 gauge I ordered from their spring sale, while also picking up a 9mm AR lower which I'll be following up the same day with a form 1 to SBR. And last night I ordered 2 cans from Silencer Shop, one 9 mm pistol and one 7.62 mm rifle.
That should tide you over till we get the 41f all figured out.
Don't want to start a new thread how many days do I have left to get a lower registered before the new laws are in full effect
Define registered. You have until the 13th to have your forms submitted/postmarked to have them fall under the existing rules.Quote:

The only potential issue that really bothers me (and this may not even be the case, still need to do some research), is having to send the sherrif' office a revised schedule of assets (as part of the trust-based application).
I could care less about paperwork or sheriff notification, but the potential requirement to provide a full inventory along with the notification just doesn't really sit well with me....Hopefully I've just misinterpreted things and that won't be a requirement.

ATF doesn't get the money, as such - it goes into the general fund, like almost all other taxes and fees collected by the .gov.

within last 3 days i filed 5 Form1s.....
Filed an extra Form 1 to SBR a regular AR lower for a future .300 BO project. One nice thing for the AOW forms is that it's only a $5 tax stamp for them.Quote:
