Eliminate the Un-Affordable Care Act. Create health care that allows people, individually, to shop for and buy coverage nationwide, take it with them when they change jobs or move and choose what type of coverage they need for themselves.

Concealed carry reciprocity nationwide, to carry anywhere in the country if you can legally carry in your home state.

The Hearing Protection Act, to remove suppressors from NFA requirements. To allow anyone who is allowed to have a gun to possess a suppressor.

That’s just off the top of my head. I’m sure I could come up with more.

Remove importation restrictions on Russian rifles

Eliminate 922(r) requirements

Remove ban in importation of 7n6

Roll back all EO that Obama made no matter what they are for.
Repeal Obamacare.
Throw Hillary in front of a judge to answer for her crimes.
Audit and then get rid of the FED.

2. Sign out an Executive Order renouncing all Executive Orders and new regulations passed since 20 Jan 2009 but inviting affected parties and agencies to resubmit for consideration.
3. Initiate a special prosecutor for the misuse of official powers at the IRS.
4. Pardon the sailor who was prosecuted for taking selfies on his sub.
5. Terminate politically correct prosecutions and administrative actions within DoD.
6. Eliminate "social justice" type programs in DoD -- anything that involves putting Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, and Marines through "sensitivity" training, wearing high heels, or anything else that doesn't directly contribute to decisively winning our future fights should go out the door and proponents should be invited to seek new careers
7. Start shifting the VA from an entrenched socialized medicine bureaucracy to a funding stream giving vets control of their own healthcare with a small support core to provide counseling and information on options as well as a handful of research hospitals for conditions that are unique or particularly prevalent among vets.
8. Direct gas taxes and other transportation fees away from liberal programs (e.g., alternative energy, "green" roads, etc.) and into the Highway Trust Fund and other transportation programs they were intended for then use those funds to immediately start rebuilding and renovating the national transportation infrastructure.
9. Use the liberal tactic of admitting to "facts" and agreeing to "settlements" in court for lawsuits friendly to the agenda. Examples:
   
   1. Federal government's lack of authority over local education
   2. Allowing state governments to ADD to federal action (or inaction) on illegal immigration
   3. NLRB misuse of powers in sueing Boeing for establishing a second plant in SC
   4. The Clean Air Act was never meant and did not authorize regulation of carbon dioxide
   5. Illegal taking of car dealerships and other financial resources to benefit the UAW during the bailouts of GM and Chrysler
   6. etc.

As fast as Trump was going after the election, he'll probably finish the above by the end of February but that gives me time to add to the list.

I would like to see a reverse AWB listing all the guns that were banned under the 1994 ban listed again with all the evil attachments and new guns added too. But instead of banning them they are explicitly allowed by all citizens, police and military. Even though the police and military have access to far better weapons. - Investigate BLM intimidation of ranchers and landowners in the western states. Eliminate or at least kneecap BLM with a similar view to IRS, BATF, etc.
- Review all Federal Land allocations in the Western States and return most lands to state control. I don't have a formula for this, but clear that land grabs especially western states have been happening for many decades

Together they will ensure that the status quo prevails except in ways that don't help us, such as enacting Bernie Sanders's protectionist trade BS and "infrastructure" boondoggles. (seriously, WTF...did everybody forget about Obama's flash-in-the-pan "shovel ready jobs"??) H-1B visas aren't going away, "the wall" will not get built, Obama's EOs will largely remain intact, Obamacare will stay intact, etc. Even if Trump appoints a "Scalia clone" that only gets us back to a court that simply leans Liberal rather than being out-and-out Liberal. Repubs are going to be brow-beat by the Dems into doing nothing as usual, and Dems will get congress back in 2 years anyway because R voters will be disillusioned and stay home.
