A couple in Colorado looking to sell their dream home were horrified to discover that their property was nearly destroyed at the hands of a prospective buyer.
'I mean, there was just no words… the feces and the urine spread all over our white cabinets, all over our hardwood floor, it was even on the ceiling – 10-foot ceilings,' said Jenny Fisch, the homeowner.
Late last year, Jenny and Paul Fisch put their El Paso County home on the market for $450,000, according to Fox affiliate
KMGH 6.

I would never, ever, ever "rent" a home to prospective buyers. That takes 3 months of potential buyers out of the equation and opens it up to exactly what they experienced.

I followed this on fb and one of the news channels had an article up. People were posting the scumbags facebook profiles, pictures and the female had just bonded out of jail on 5/10/2018 (unrelated offense) and they had a screenshot of it up. The female may be active duty military but not verified (it does list it on her fb page).
I'd post it up, but I'm not sure the rules on posting personally identifying info of non-members.
She had a whole litter of newborn pups and kittens in that house.
I kinda dont feel sorry for the sellers...with so many qualified buyers out there...they chose to be stupid with a couple whose credit score was questionable to begin with and the lender wanted them to bring it up before approving the loan 100%.
The sellers realtor failed them big time and should have 100% advised against this.
EPCS is saying its a civil matter, not criminal. Trash a $450,000 home and you walk away scott free. geez.
