Hope they'll be good. Just bring made in America isn't good enough on its own.
Whatever, prove me wrong.
I found an American Made AK one time. Wasn't nearly as good as my Chinese made one.
Kind of a "meh" from me...
Sure, American made is good, but I sincerely doubt they can keep up with any of my Knipex pliers...
Also my ex-wife is American made. I’d take a Chinese model any day of the week!
Da da dada DA! Scanker!!!
Sure, if the price for the quality is comparable, then America all the way.
This.
Thus far, no one has made a comparable quality/price pair of channel locks as these: https://www.amazon.com/002007US1-3-P...eywords=knipex
And yes, I know they are German, not chinese, but not even the rape van (snap on) has a pair that compare...
99% of the time American quality is superior to Chinese quality. Like said before I will pay more to support American jobs. We really need to tell china to get fucked.
I spend my hard earned money on the best quality my allocated amount of dollar buys. I refuse to blindly follow “American made” because I am a free market with caveats human. if the Swedes have Better glass for the dollar that’s where is goes. I could name something every major country in Europe makes better than what is available American made without even mentioning China or Asia and depending on the item they probably have been doing it longer than the US has been around. i feel that a decent percentage maybe even more than the profit margin of the goods if we are talking Chinese crap goes to hard working Americans with the transporting of the goods and stocking assembly etc.

...from an economic standpoint, it's better for countries to specialize, he said. If everyone in America bought only domestic goods, it would not save American jobs, he said. History has shown countries don't improve their economic situation by turning inward...
In this thread we learn who has either worked on something made of ChiCom metal or has used ChiCom tools....
Chinese tools have their place. Just yesterday, I used a Chinese 30 mm socket...to make a single use spanner tool to remove a locknut on a swingarm pivot. 20 minutes, a cutoff wheel, and a bench grinder and I had what i needed. Would I have ever used that socket for its intended purpose? Nah...I have good sockets for that.
I'm confused. Is this thread about Irving and his head and lip ? [ROFL2]
