Depending on what it is, you're looking at several hundred to several thousand dollars worth of cost.
There's the initial scanning work that needs to be done, and then the data needs to be prepped, cleaned up, and exported as a usable CAD file.
IIRC, there's an outfit in or near Denver that does this sort of work.
A lot. It is going to be cheaper to measure and draw by hand.
Might be cheaper to find a machine shop or a gunsmith that can make a new one.
There's a few cheap/free CAD packages you can download, and could consider manually modeling out the parts in question (assuming you can't find blueprints online).
You can diy a scanner that can be translated to g code Using an iPhone for pictures I built one for 3D printing was never super accurate but did well enough for my needs. I don’t have it anymore though

Are you just looking for one replacement part? Or scanning the one you have and then 3D printing a bunch?

I don't know anything about this stuff, so sorry if this is a basic question. Would be more cost effective to make a mold so the measurements are at least available in some form?
You would have to cast in aluminum or a easy metal then take the measurements and machine the steel. Small parts casting of steel is difficult due to the temps requiredQuote:

Wanted to clarify an earlier thought that if the gun in question was ever mass-produced, there's a reasonable chance that prints/schematics can be obtained, making measuring & modeling a moot point (and you can just find someone to mill custom parts to-spec).
Mind if I ask what mfr/model it's from?
It is a Lakeside 1919a4 which is a half scale of the original Browning 1919a4. From all the research I have done there are no blueprints for the parts I need.Quote:
