Thanks.
Saw this, the defect kinda sounds fun though!
Sounds better than a slidefire
Ordered a gauge.
Thanks, need to get a gauge for mine it appears.
Ordering a gauge but more so I can figure out how to intentionally make it not within compliance. lulz
Dang it mine’s way too old for the recall, no fun for me.....
I went ahead and ordered a gauge.
Received my gauge today, didn't check my rifle yet though.
Same here, gauge arrived yesterday but it’s still taped to the card...
Got mine mid week. Not surprisingly, my 2010 made rifle s in spec.
Didn't even bother untaping the gauge, just folded the corner of the card back for access. Figured it would be harder to lose the gauge that way.
Sent from somewhere...
Unfortunately mine is within spec.
Dont know why exactly but this does kind of remind me of the search for a golden ticket. Odd.
I got my gauge from S&W, so feel free to drop by bowers with a CLEAN bolt, and ill check free of charge.
(All the ones Ive checked so far have been fine)
I got my gauge and mine and my friends are in spec - his is an older model and mine a few years old. Guess the problem isn't as widespread as it sounded like from the recall notice.
Checked mine @ Bowers. GTG
