Royal Crest is in my area...never heard of the others. The milk tastes great, I'm sure I can get it cheaper somewhere else....but this stuff tastes good.

LD uses glass 1/2 gallon and quart bottles. Never had an issue
We get Longmont. The only issue is when my wife forgets to bring it in when it's freezing cold and the glass breaks, but that's her fault.
I bought a half gallon of morning fresh and it’s the best milk I have had in years they are in Bellvue
I used to go to LD's shop in Longmont (287 & 66). Good stuff.
Royal Crest has been good for us.
We used to get Royal Crest it is expensive but was top quality. Maybe when my kids move out we will get it again, we go through 6 gal a week.
Royal Crest, used them for years. The downside to morning fresh is...they deliver late morning to early afternoon. Unl;ess someone is home in the summer, the milk sits in the box with ice on it.
We've used Morning Fresh for almost 17 years now. It's good stuff. And our milk comes late afternoon on Mondays.
We've used Longmont Dairy for over 30 years. The milk has been great as well as the customer service.
Have had this happen before and Longmont Dairy will refund no questions asked! I keep a towel in the milk box during the winter and they always wrap the bottles with the blanket! And yes excellent quality milk, love their chocolate milk and raspberry lemonade too[Awesom]Quote:

Believe me, the delivery places do not use the current cooler tech. They use ice and lots of it. If they used the current tech, i'd wager a 1/2 gal of milk would run $5.Quote:

As a company I was impressed with them from their sales rep to the cancellation process, though.
We used Royal Crest for over 10yrs and are now with Longmont Diary. Both companies have quality products and exceptional customer service and I’d recommend either company. Longmont has a minimum weekly milk order, but you can mix it up with chocolate, strawberry or root beer milk, whipping cream or even juices. If for some reason you don’t need your weekly minimum, send them an email the night before and they can skip delivery. I’ve had below minimum deliveries more than I can count and have never been penalized or questioned. Longmont deliveres to us after 11pm.
