Registered voters =/= people living in the state. That's kind of my point. I think there are probably still enough non-progressive people living in the state to make a difference, but it would require a much higher registration level and turnout. Did the progressives from Boulder care when they passed an unconstitutional law what the people against the law said?
I guess we can feel "lucky" this is the only anti-gun bill the DEMs have gotten to this year....
But there is still about 30 days left in the legislative session...
The inside word is that there are no more anti-gun bills, but I'm a firm believer in the quote "No man's life, liberty, or property are safe while the legislature is in session.". My only guess is that they'll test-run some sort of AWB expecting it to fail much like ERPO last year.
