I went to Jared?s.

With five grand in my pocket(Tax return) to buy (start shopping)my girlfriend and engagement ring. One look on the door and it says? no one on this premises is permitted to carry a firearm. Etc... something to that effect.
Since my pistol was sitting on the floor of my Jeep, [Tooth]I open the door and said? I came here to spend $10,000 on a nice engagement ring for my sweetheart but I am on able to shop here because I do not feel protected with this much money and not have my firearm by my side.? He muttered something as I turned away pulling out my pocket a fistful hundred dollar bills and shrug my shoulders. Have a nice day.

I thought I was going to get screwed on our 10 year. Turns out the wife wanted a simple gold band. Her original wedding ring wasn't practical for everyday wear and often not smart.

So I got her a really nice simple gold band, engraved, and sized. She wears it more than the wedding ring.
