So the problem isn't with the content of the story which they don't seem to dispute, the problem is the story originated from a source that essentially isn't on the governors list of approved media outlets. That's a problem, as noted Polis seems to have missed the meaning of the 1st amendment.

Control the information (including sources thereof), control the people.
Control transportation, control the people.
Control finances/income, control the people.
All these are fruitless without the last, most important one: Control the means to resist, control the people.

Obama tried to post a sensor in every "news outlet" in the US. Someone to monitor and sensor any news that he didn't like or agree with.

Could be that "rank and file" is shrinking or the herd instinct taking effect. Either way it looks grim.

Polls has an issue with personal freedom and liberty.

Govt should never be a task master but Polis thinks you need to be told to do it his way.

Both papers declined to pull the articles.

The number of time Polis has been told "no", "your are wrong" or "get bent" can probably be counted on one hand. His silver spoon grooming for higher office has always been shielded behind the protective armor of "bigotry" for anyone who dare challenge him.
