I was talking today with a politically savvy character that worked in the Colorado House for a while and asked him about a sabotage primary vote, much like what you are thinking. It came down to "it doesn't matter".
The Democrats will push the candidate that will be most electable to the front, much like they did in 2016. Remember super delegates?

I don't think it really matters, because the D party has so many problems. If they vote for Sanders, they lose the establishment and the moderates. If they vote for one of the Clinton anointed establishment drones like Biden, then they lose the anti-establishment communists and the l"libtard" "progressives. " If they vote for one of the libtard "progressives", then they lose the moderates. Trump is just trolling them, and letting them self destruct; it's funny to watch.
