I’m pretty sure you have more than 1 country of origin in there. Any stampings on any of them? Also close ups of followers and baseplate of each mag would probably be beneficial. As will close ups of the spine and entire upper section (front welds, side flat area, and locking lugs). Some site had a great resource for this with good pics, but I can’t find it now. I was thinking maybe on theAKforum.net, but they changed the site up since I was there last and I can’t find it...
I?m guessing they are from a communist or former communist country.
What do I win?
If you really need to know, I suggest you ask Rob @ Bowers. He is more likely to know the obscure origin more than anyone else I can think of.
The illegal kind.
They're modified to only hold 14rds, they just look illegal to Coloradans who know how to obey their elected officials.

Tried to post this yesterday, but the site was infuriatingly slow. Several reference links for mags.
Polish, Bulgarian, or possibly Romanian? I have a hard time telling the difference. I can?t really see the rear spine or sides very well. If I remember right, the Polish mags usually have a lower profile spine .
My guess would be Romanian. I'm pretty sure you will be able to figure it out with that link that was posted. Pretty much any genuine commie mag will work as long as they are not dented and rusted up to bad.
He's on my friends list GK. Keep up
Though, you're probably right, didn't occur to me when I typed the earlier reply.
So true, don't forget about the wood test..[ROFL2]
The side rib stampings are crisp enough to be polish or hungarian the finish looks like non painted polish and the large deep spot welds look post 1979 polish when things got a touch slopier during and after the solidaridy movement and labor strikes. Romanian would usually have a mkre parked looking finish and slopier less round upper spot welds. Not if the spine had a partially struck circle with an M in it then theyre earlier hungarian "man on the moon" mags which have a similar finish. Those are all my opinions and observations from all the collecting and duscussing ive done through the years
As people said. It can be any eastern European mag. Those lines....
I use to have bunch of East German mag like that.
