How come a "two half hitches" isn't a hitch?
Depending on how you arrange them, the result could be a clove hitch or a girth hitch...or just two half hitches.
Same reason two half cups doesn?t equal a whole cup I guess.
Why is the "improved" clinch knot weaker than a clinch knot?[Dunno]
