What?s the going rate for these (new not reloads) loose not boxed?
62gr and 115gr
Depending on the buyers needs & market. Average price is $0.70 - $1.00 per for 223 and $0.50-$0.70 per for 9mm.
Nationwide here's the best way to see prices. I am appalled , nay amazed that steel case wolf & tula 223 is running $500 - $600 + s&h

Thanks. I’ll be bagging up some tonight to sell.
What does your credit look like?
I would think long and hard before selling. If biden wins theres a good chance ammo prices and availability dont "normalize" for at least a few years. With the current cultural climate mixed with high prices and low availability, I'm not sure it's a great idea to shed ammo. But to each their own.
Best price I've found on 5.56 (although its 55gr). .57 per round (but you have to buy 1200) https://www.midwayusa.com/product/2090862857
How is IMI? It seems to be what is in stock when I find stuff. I bought 500 rounds from SGAmmo a bit back for more than I wanted, but I was just dollar cost averaging what I have.
$.60 is about double right? I really don't pay much attention to what ammo costs when I buy it. I check a couple of places and see if I can get free shipping and order 1-3000 rounds. I try not to focus on the cost, just what the best deal is. Except now it is pretty clear that ammo is whacked.
IMI makes good ammo.
Watch ammoseek. Have you credit card info saved in your computer. Jump on any deal you see. You can still get 9mm at $.30/rd and 5.56mm at $.40/rd but it sells out in minutes.
Those ammo hoarders pays premium and sell it at a huge discount after it eases down. Seen that dumb panic since Clinton era.
Cabela's in Lone Tree had lots of 100 rd. Boxes of Herter's (Winchester) 9mm for $23.99. Remington 9mm for 13.99 per 50. 500 rd boxes of .22lr for 25.99. Also had Winchester Silvertip 9mm, Remington HST 9mm, Frontier .223 and .380 range ammo. Was going very fast. Likely all gone. Their prices are still good when they have it.
Places online have 9mm 115gr for $.46/rd, haven’t seen anything lower yet though I’m sure it exists if I took the time to find it.
I just wish I could place an order for Dec or even early next year at an OK price. I don't need it now. I don't really 'need' it then. I just want to have a re-supply set so I'm not chasing ammo now or thinking I'm screwing myself everytime I shoot a mag. Same with 22lr. If I could order a brick or two for early next year, I'd feel a lot better having fun with the dueling tree with my son.
For the Obama I rush, I remember wait lists. If manufacturers were smart, they'd take orders for cash in advance. That way they have a known run and fix prices now and can plan out 6+ months with worrying about a drop off. Plus it would almost operate as a futures market. If prices are too high for a delivery in the future, people wouldn't buy them.
This won't end soon. If the dems win, people will stock up in anticipation of restrictions. Trump wins and the left will lash out and people will think that they might need it. Hopefully it will ease a bit before next summer.
That, and if TEOTWAWKI comes, and I find a-holes with 100k 22lr rounds using them as cash, I'm going to stand 400 yards away and 308 their asses. Keep the change...
I have $200 in silver or chicken flavor ramen. Anyone wanna help a brutha out?
We should all go in on group buy on ammo !!,!, oh, wait. Lol
There is a special place in hell for 22lr hoarders, and I have no problems with wishing the worst on them. May their neckbeards get fleas!!!
So my preparedness, over almost 40 years, has you upset. You didn't have the foresight to "Plan Ahead" ? The rule of ammo is, shoot a box, replace it with 2, or reload said brass you shot.
And FYI: 400 yds is lightweight distance. Hell, my wife's SBR can do that with a 55 gr bullet
Do you need some? For F’s sake, there’s a lot of reasons why folks would have a lot of .22lr. For instance I host smallbore Silhouette matches monthly and give .22lr out as prizes... the CO and WY Silhouette shooters will combined order damn near a million rounds of .22lr a year.... if I have less than a couple cases, I will run out before the year is up. Well perhaps not this year given the pandemic, but get over yourself if you are really that bent about “hoarders”. That said, I’ll sell you a few boxes at my cost if you’re in bad shape and are just panicked...
It's only okay to wish death and disease on real, actual people. Once it's a theoretical person, in a theoretical situation, then it's not okay.
Ammo has been at rock bottom prices for 3 years. Everyone has had plenty of time to buy a good supply at the best prices we'd seen in a decade. Everyone knew there would be a crazy election in 2020.
I've had people complain to me they can't find buckshot. Hell, midway was selling cases of it for $79 for two years. Why the hell didn't they buy it then?
We had a historic shortage of .22 before trump and ultra high prices for years. Only in the last 2 years did it finally come back down <$20/500. I have been buying .22lr for $17.95/525 for a year now because that was decade low. Anyone who didn't bother to stock up on it when it was low and plentiful is complaining to ears that won't hear.
I have always reloaded, it does save money. But for the last few years I've been buying ammo (and reserving components) because it's been so low. Now I have a great supply of cheap ammo and the components I saved will resupply me while ammo is hard to get.
Anyone who's upset they can't find what they need now, that's on them. Prices have been amazing, stock was plentiful and news of this ammo run was written on the wall in big giant letters you could see from space long before it started. You don't have what you need, you should be mad at no one but yourself.
And a word for the wise. Anyone who has a shit ton of 22lr stored up most certainly has plenty of big boy calibers too. They won't be sending 22lr your way when you think you're safe to attack them from 400 yards out
Last I heard the going prices are around a Kidney and some sketchy sexual favors. [Shock]
These will be the next thing to sell out...https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...1cc05d6d35.jpg
Jeeez, you guys have no sense of humor. Why 400 yards, because 22lr accuracy- let alone scope adjustments- don't let most 22lr guns shoot that far. There are all kinds of posts and videos and articles about people thinking that 22lr will be the new cash for EOTWAWKI. So these guys have mountains of 22lr - kind of like the Y2K jokes about not stockpiling food or water because I have an AR.
I have plenty of ammo, I just don't like use 1 - lose 1 when you can't replace them. Like I've said, I just wish there was more pre-ordering of ammo for a few months down the road.
