Looking into alternatives to the medical pharma culture.
This sounds like a "moon beam crystal fest" but there also seems to be some legitimate research too.

Holding a rock isn't going to do anything for you, unless maybe if it is radioactive..
Give it a shot with an open mind see if there are positive changes.
Our brains are just Blobs of nutrient dense fat full of electricity seems like as with any electrical circuit it could use a good ground path
Still doing some research.
Heard a podcast with Matthew Walker about sleep optimization. That got me started. Seems people claim all kinds of healing benefits.
For me, it's about sleep and energy levels. Any other benefits are a plus. Some say it helps with wrestles leg, neuropathies and swelling.

We are by nature, electro chemical beings, and as such can derive benefits from many different forms of therapy.
Everyone is different, so some people may get benefit from essential oils, and another may not. One may get benefits from magnets and another may not.

You can give it a try with an open mind, and see if you get any benefit, if the juice is worth the squeeze.
Many people with bash alternative forms of therapy, I use them because certain ones do work, for example, since I have using an essential oil blend, my annual date with extreme sinus infection requiring antibiotics has not happened for 5 or 6 years now.

I am trying to come at this with an open mind. Just getting past the chaff first.
I'd be interested in what essential oils you are using. I have a deviated septum and get about four sinus infections a year. Not good in the age of Covid.
I've used Himalayan Sea Salt for pickling but a newb beyond that.
I have sinus problems. Doubled up on my humidifiers (ultrasonic) this last few weeks. Seems to help a lot. 58% humidity in the sleeping area. My weather station says it is 26% humidity outside. Nasal irrigation deems to help, I use a Water Pik with Grossan nasal irrigator. Distilled water with Neilmed saline packet and budesonide. I also use Dupixent injections twice a month. Cheap easy help is a nasal inhaler containing saline. I have been eating tylenol and ibuprofen like candy this year, plus twelve ER visits. The forest fire smoke is not helping this condition.
Link below has scientific data and a picture of mucosal cilia. I believe if the mucous flow stops then the problems begin.
