It is the organization issue (being cheap on talents).

Denver's defense finished 3rd in the league. To miss the playoffs with that good of a defense is unheard of. Most all of their talent is very young & they shipped of some aging & expensive pieces. They've got some $50mil in cap space to go after a QB (looks like Aaron will stick around GB now so... Russell Wilson maybe?) and on top of that Denver has got eleven draft picks this year. This is going to be one of the most coveted head coaching positions available in the league this year. For good reason.Quote:

They fired the wrong guy.
Whoever keeps playing that horrible horse noise after every play needs to go.
Seems like they need to get the ownership resolved.
Maybe get an owner that focus on rebuilding the team and get some results.
Management by Committee may not be the best method in this particular endeavor.
I didn't know this guy was the coach. Last I knew it was Kubiak. (I haven't watched 2 minutes of the NFL when they allowed the kneeling to continue past the second week. Don't miss it.)

See my note about what getting the OC from GB means for the DB. This could be a VERY good thing. Best part is Adams is a free agent in just over a month. The odds of Denver being the team to beat next year just went up with this hire. Not sure how good of an HC he'll be but if those pieces end up in Denver it won't really matter because they'll be friggin's stacked enough that I could coach them to a championship and learn how to HC along the way. Surely he can figure it out. If that doesn't play out and he sucks as a HC all we're out is a Vig Fangi-oh-and-seven so... no loss.Quote:
