That my loved ones are happy and healthy, in particular that my father survives open heart surgery on January 3rd.
Unmentionable in public but suffice it to say it involves a certain segment of the population looking in a mirror and TRULY waking up.
You're never going to believe it. My wife actually just suggested we watch Die Hard to get in the Christmas spirit, and she isn't even drinking tonight.
I'll go with the health of my T-18 (or so) weeks daughter. Got to feel her kicks for the first time three days ago. Magical. Looking forward to seeing her in real-space here in a few months!
(Got a nice Christmas bonus from work, debating getting a "tactical baby carrier" with the money. Probably expensive for what you really get, but kind of fun too.)
People need to remember the real meaning of Christmas and stop acting like miserable assholes in retail outlets and on the roads.
