Shock & awe is how they succeed in this attacks. VBIED's can be as small as a moped or as big as a U-Haul (think Timothy McVeigh). In the chaotic aftermath of setting off these devices, they jump into phase 2 of their plans, more killing and hostages. If this happens, they'll have some success but I hope places have been warned are are watchful and ready to minimize the destruction.Quote:

Sounds like CommandEleven is a private security contractor that has ties to "The Firm". While the report says hospitals, it may mean research facilities too. Maybe CDC Atlanta?
