It's like a self reported "red flag law" and you will be denied at instant check. Kinda like how you can tell a casino to deny you access to play.

I figured the Dems would have made it something automatically applied to all and that you would have to request to OPT OUT after taking some classes and paying a bunch of fees!!!!

I’m the goofball that moved from Tucson to Colorado in ‘84 lol. If my son and his kids weren’t here I’d move back to AZ but not Tucson. My brother and his wife are in the Phoenix area but just too damn hot for me.
I left for good on July 29th, 2015. Haven't regretted it for a second. The natural beauty of the state is overshadowed by the radical leftist ideology firmly embedded into the state gov't. Not to mention the traffic and congestion everywhere on the front range. No thanks.
