I finally saw the movie zombieland last night. It looks like sawed off .30-30's and cheap double barrels are far more effective for zombie control. And I just invested in and AR and a 1911.....[Bang]

I'd be happy to swap you a .30-30 and a 12 ga coach gun for your AR and 1911, to make sure you have the proper zombie killing tools.
Zombieland = Best. Movie. Ever.
Woody Harrelson is freakin' hilarious in it! Even my wife was laughing throughout and she generally doesn't care for "guy movies".
Pretty good movie.
SPOILER DON"T READ ANY FURTHER IF YOU HAVEN"T SEEN IT.
I knew it was a bad idea when Woody put Bill up to scaring the other little guy. I was like "yeah Bill is about to get it real bad". Lol.
It was everything I expected out of a Zombie movie, an had very few things I thought were overly stupid.
SU405: you should change the color of your spoiler to white, then people who want to read it can high light it.
It was good for a movie with Woody Harrelson in it (usually I can't stand the sight of the guy).
But it was no Shawn of the Dead.
I haven't got to see it yet[Bang]
maybe rent it tonight[Beer]
I Agree: Best Movie Ever! (well almost)
Did you see how many times he had to reload that Dbl Barrel? heh. "Wait, hang on, It's a double barrel"
There is some manufacturer out there that is marketing a shortend 30-30 lever as a pistol. No SBR paperwork required.
Mare's leg.
We should start a good movie thread again, I've seen some recent ones that I'd like to recommend.
Quiz time! [Coffee]
Anyone know what movie the quote "It's Bill 'F#@$in' Murray" came from?

I tried to cheat with Google, but I failed.
I did find this though.

Quote:
When Christian Bale was recorded flipping out on the set of "Terminator Salvation," director McG downplayed the situation by saying that this kind of thing happens all the time.
"I don't think there's been a film I've made where there hasn't been some kind of physical fight," he said. "I mean, I've been headbutted by an A-list star. Square in the head. An inch later and my nose would have been obliterated. It was Bill Murray. You know, it's a passionate industry."
Now, Britain's The Times newspaper caught up with Murray and asked him whether he actually headbutted McG on the set of "Charlie's Angels"?
"It's bullsh*t. That's complete crap. I don't know why he made that story up. He has a very active imagination," he said, adding: "He deserves to die. He should be pierced with a lance, not headbutted."

Have you seen Spaced? Made by the same people and absolutely fantastic.

Gotta love ol school zombie movie. Who can recite the 33 rules of Zombie survival! [ROFL1]
My kids and I have a bunch of the rules down, its friggin hilarious. I probably shouldn't have let the little ones watch it, but I did and they laughed a lot and didn't wake up with nightmares so I think I'm safe. My oldest and I saw in theaters and bought it on BluRay the day it came out, its one of our favorites.
Shaun of the Dead was awesome too but I think Zombie Land was better.
That was great ... Hot Fuzz is also by the same guys and its possibly better than Shawn of the Dead.
We don't talk about that in public. Lock it up son.
I thought it was pretty good... funny at least. Put in my paper work to the ATF so I can saw off my 30-30 now!
CRAP! $200 wasted[Bang]
Now i'll never be prepared for the zombies
now i gotta get one of those! I thought it was just a prop
I should've looked further down the thread......
The quote come from Jim Jarmusch's "Coffee and Cigarettes". The other two are RZA ans GZA from the Woo Tang Clan.

i just want the MP7 thats all [Coffee]
"time to nut up or shut up"
well agreed on that fact im a big fan of the P90, almost shot one out here at a machingun shoot he wanted 58 dollars a mag of 50 [Help] to rich for my blood so i fired the Glock 18 and M4 and MP5 instead.
i was just saying i wanted it cause it was in the movie heck any gun would be better than none!
Are there any of these machinegun shoots in Colorado?
I rented a MP5SDK and a UMP45 at a place in Las Vegas a few years ago, but that's been my only FA trigger time.
I think I'd pay $60 for a mag of P90, at least once. It's mostly because I watched all 10 years of Stargate, though. Early episodes they had MP5's, and late episodes they had M249's, but mostly it's all P90's and M9's.
H.
Yeah, there are at least two machine gun shoots a year. I think you just missed on actually.
