I thought the same thing at the time. Maybe it's to get a hold of you when they need to call to arms.
That is exactly why. First, they charge a nominal fee to register to use cologunmarket.com. Dudley uses this money to raise awareness for 2A issues. They lobby politicians, file suits for 2A infingements, etc. RMGO (Dudley) will send out periodic announcements, calls to fight, fundraising etc. This is one of the few organizations, that you probably dont need to worry about.
