I heard this yesterday but didn't hear who said it or where it was said. Now I've found the YouTube video of Pete Stark, D-CA, saying:
"The federal government, yes, can do most anything in this country."Well...glad that's solved and we don't have to deal with that confusing Constitution thing any longer.

Shocking as it may be I am not surprised. Politicians, especially liberal politicians think they are above the law.
