Holy Crap.. $15 bucks to shoot.. How much would it be if I opened my own range? Someone wanna go in halfs?
Plus, They kick You out at 6 P.M., Heck of a deal.
Anybody heard about the prices of Whistling Pines here in Colorado Springs when they open.
Membership $450/year
plus $50/month
plus $15/every time your shoot at the range
And it's only an indoor pistol range limited in distance!
I know these are not exact prices...but as close as I can remember.
All of the sudden those places in Denver area aren't so expensive, huh?
...and now K2 is closed.
Ok.. I'll ask again.. Anyone here wanna open a new range?
Sure I would even be willing to sell my auto shop and work full time at the range. Only one problem who has the 2.1 million they are asking for K2? :(Quote:

Nope, Just a little short. :(
2.1 Million!!!! No wonder they were asking sooo much to $hoot.. Does it really cost that much to build a range or did they not manager well?
Gman, what kind of shop do you have? Auto?
Wow, I didn't know that. Doesn't surprise me though. Back in November I asked about a G19, and the guy was like "Oh yeah, we have one in the showroom. Brand new, has a box and two mags. I think it's only $699."Quote:

I hope the 2.1 includes the building.
That includes everything the land and building.Quote:

In the business world it is called good will meaning what the business brings in and how much profit. It is not uncommon to sell just the business but keep the building and land. Many sell for millions of dollars and all you get is the business not anything else. In K2's case there is no business so all they have is building and land.Quote:

Just got an email from the realtor K2 gos into foreclosure june 7th. Public trustee is going to ask 1.9 mil for it.
I hope somebody with half a brain picks it up and reopens it.
