So - who wants to guess how many hi-caps are in circulation?
I owned at least a dozen, before the tragic boating accident....
iv always wanted one but they seem so dangerous, plus how would i get my thumb workout if i didnt have to reload[LOL][ROFL3][ROFL2][ROFL1]
There are currently zero magazines in existance with a capacity quantifiable as 'high'. There are millions of citizens in this country qualitatively identifiable as 'high'. Almost all of them are democrats.
So, the correct answer to this poll is none of the above or I like pie.
Not enough.
i like pie.[Flower]
I threw mine in the trash who needs'em and turned my guns over to the PD just in case
I never had enough ammo to fill them [Beer]
I like pie.
There aren't enough "high-cap" magazines in circulation. I'm doing my part but they keep falling out of my boat.
pie......
My estimate would be about a 30% are in circulation, the rest are stashed in case they become contraband.
Or tragically on the bottom of some lake.[BooHoo]
Cosmo has a lot of pages. Does that one count as "high capacity."
I see that Pie is very popular here. Can I recommend, oddly enough, Waffle House's pie? It's pretty good, and really cheap.
I personally prefer the term "Standard Capacity". Like an M14 has a 20 round magazine "standard", yet the manufacturers only include a 10 rounder due to the laws in some states. Or an UZI originally has a
32 round mag, again "standard capacity". Only anti's call them "high capacity" in my opinion.
I called them hi-capacity magazines for a specific reason - to point out how stupid the "conversation" our country is having about banning the new sale of them is. It's like banning the new production of asteroids to protect our planet from being immolated.
My Titan says right on the dash that it can go up to 140 MPH!
It has a 28 gallon tank, should I convert it to a 10 gallon tank. Wait a sec, I can still go 140 but just not as long. I would have to "Refill"(Reload) quickly to keep that rate up........still with some practice I could keep her going 140!
Same concept! Lets ban Hi-Cap Gas Tanks, or Hi-Cap Laundry Machines. Anything that could be called HI CAP. It incites violence!
So I was out boating again tonight and left a box of all my mags in it........you know the rest.
there were some glock 33 rd mags at gander north denver...they were $61 each, good luck[ROFL1]
Jordan, I will drink more pineapple juice!
You made it toooo easy!!!
This thread just took a wrong turn.
Goddamnit....
now I want some fucking pie...
you're going to ruin my dashing male figure.
I like hi cap pie [Coffee]
At least 500 million but I bet over a billion.
1 year, 5 months, 15 days
Think rigor mortis has set in yet?
Well if you're considering over 10 rounds "hi cap" then I have to say 500 million+ at a bare minimum, probably a billion now that I think about it more... Nearly every gun I've ever purchased except my 1911 and .22's came with factory magazines over 10 round capacity. Considering an estimated half of all guns in the world are an AK variant of one form of another, and 60+ percent of police departments in the US use Glocks, there are a few hundred million hi cap mags right there, even if they only have 1 each.
Am I wrong...
oh, and I love pie :)
I only have the three issued to me for duty weapon....I don't believe in them otherwise.
I don't believe in the Easter bunny or Santa Claus but I sure as hell believe in high capacity magazines. The higher the better.
Pie FTW
I've only seen one in the wild. The only others I've seen were in a museum.
I'm from New York and I like pie [Tooth]
And I make sure I have enough[Coffee]
Mmmmm, Pie...
Do they make "high capacity" pie? Like 30 apples in one pie?
Mmmmmm PIE!
..........there are probably as many high cap mags in the world as our national debt or more.
