My neighbors on both sides have dogs outside all day everyday barking non-stop. 5 dogs total. If they leave them out for more than 30 minutes today I'm calling animal control...on top of being cruel to the dogs today, maybe, just maybe, animal control will have to take the dogs and I won't have to deal with the barking anymore. How many of you guys had to muck out stalls this morning? Great way to start the day feeding horses. The pump in the barn was frozen so I had to haul buckets of water from the house.
At least my truck started right away. It sounded awful for a minute but made it.
