cool, I saw one of these at the fun store the other day... pricey little buggers (ammo) and the rifle isn't that cheap either!

How does that magazine work?
there is a ramp in there and it spins them around at the end, and with 50 round mags it is going to be fun to shoot.
Very cool. Just begs for a SBR stamp.
barrel on order, taking fingerprints later this week then it will look more like this.Quote:

I wish I had taken one of the tours when they were still available at Cheyenne Mountain. When they were available you still had to apply many months in advance.
Sweet! Me and Samantha Carter. How much $ ?
It comes with Samantha Carter...I will take two.

I haven't checked but I heard that ammo was very expensive for this rifle and pistol, and may not be that easy to find.
But then again, if you can afford the rifle and pistol... I guess the cost of ammo would not be a big deal.
its not to bad $19.00/50 round box and my dealer has always had at least 2 cases in stock.Quote:

I got to shoot one of these back in 94' when they were competing for the contract to replace the crew weapons at the Armor School at Ft. Knox. I still think the Army missed the boat on this one big time. Super effective as a subgun, especially considering that the grease gun was still the standard crew weapon for most tankers at the time! That round is wicked!!!!
So what was the final price pain? I thought I saw somewhere that they were going to go for like $1600, but are actually higher now that they've been released.
it was $1880.00 with 2 spare 50 round mags,150 rounds of ammo and tax. the gun alone was $1565.00 before tax.Quote:
