I'm talking about wholesale, in quantity. We're looking to do a fund raiser for the animal shelter and need a source for maybe up to 30 bushels of chilis for roasting.
Anyone know of a source?
We'd also be looking for an inexpensive roaster to purchase or possibly rent.
I sell food for a living....If you want I could price them out for you.

My cost on a 25# case today is just short of $20.00. that gives you a pretty good starting point. I'll sell them to you at my cost (my company still makes 3%)
These are for Anaheims. If you can find a local farm growing, they may be able to sell for about 60% of that ( trucking companies and packers all get their cut on the way to the distributor)
also, I'll be swinging by restaurant depot later this week, I'll take a peak and see if they have any, and their price for you. Sometimes they have killer buys on stuff, where they are selling for less than we buy it for.

Hey, if you put up a stand, would you make sure your spelling is spot on? It seems every time I see those stands they have misspelled something major :).
If you volunteer to help, you can be in charge of spelling!
