Picked this guy up the other day along with a gaggle of extra 20rnd mags for a pretty good deal. I think I'll be pleased..

HK / Cetme ?
JLD, American made on HK tooling; so close to the original that it is specifically blamed for bringing down the price of an original.
They are GREAT guns.

hmmm, pretty pricey... I'v already got my M1A and FAL.. I've gotta get that subgun first
Well I picked it up for well under 1k.. the stock is fairly scratched but the bore, rifling and parts are in excellent condition, I don't think the seller really knew what they had. If they'd posted it on one of the EBR boards, they'd have made 500 more on it. Ahh well their loss my gain. New stock(s) are next on the list for this one. I'm mulling over whether or not to turn it into a PSG-1 clone. I'll be damned if finding parts/accessories is easy. Not near the variety available as the AR series

The 5280 folks had a table full of PTR-91s at the last Crossroads Gun Show. They said they had a good used one back at the store loaded for $700. I really liked the para-folding stocked sniper version with bipod and scope they had at the show. But I went a diferent direction.
You should take a gander at the MagPul PRS for the 91's... mmmm goodness.
Note that I'm a rather loyal customer to 5280, but at the time, and they received it for the transfer for me, they only had a real HK going for approx $2300. Spend a good deal of time talking with them about the one that I had there.. I didn't pay much over the price listed, including their fee for handling the transfer
