But in all seriousness, English should be the only language government forms are printed in. If you want to know what's going on in your government, learn English. It seems pretty simple to me.
You must be proficient in English to become a Citizen.

When I lived in Europe I had to learn the language and writings since it was not like anything was printed in English.

we have public education, agree with it or not and if you can't pass it while it is paid for by tax paying citizens, you in no way deserve to vote.
